What is Integrative Health Coaching?

Integrative Health Coaching takes a whole-person approach in helping individuals reach optimal health and wellness.  With an emphasis on mindful awareness, 7 defined areas of an individual’s life are examined.

 

These 7 Key Areas, including Mindful Awareness are:

Mindful Awareness:  Mindful awareness is being aware of the present moment.  This means you are paying attention to what you are doing while you are doing it. 

Movement, Exercise, and Rest:  This includes your activities of daily living such as cleaning and gardening; exercise activities such as dancing, yoga, walking, running, and cycling; adequate rest and relaxation. Click here to learn more.
